Nathan celebrated his birthday on October 6th. You'll have to ask him what he got for his gift. Nathan is almost as tall as I am (he checks regularly to see if he has passed me up yet.) He is learning to live on less sleep due to his attendance at early morning seminary, lots of homework, and gymnastics practices. (He makes it up on the weekends -- don't expect to see him before noon.) He is having a challenging, but great first semester of high school (It is way more difficult than my years in high school.) He's joined the Junior Classical League as part of his Latin class, which is probably his favorite class. He loves to play with Rylee; he regularly gets her laughing. My favorite recent quote from him (after I complained about some driver on the road,) "Mom, you are exhibiting the first stage of road rage."
