Update on Rylee -- she is 2 months old

Rylee went in for her 2 month check-up.  She is still in the 50% at 11 lbs. and 22 1/2" long.  

Here's the latest on Rylee: 

• She likes to chew on her hand.  She'd put her whole fist in her mouth if it would fit.
• She does not like car rides. (Her family hopes this is just a short faze she's going through.)  She cries until she gets worn out and falls asleep.  Nathan often changes the radio to the classical station and sometimes that helps.  
• She is adored by all -- even Taegan most of the time.  This morning after giving Rylee a bath, Taegan kept saying, "You are the cutest one in the family.  No, you are.  Yes, you are the cutest."  I said, "I think you are both cute," to which she replied, "Mom, I've checked in the mirror.  I am beautiful, and Rylee is cute."  But by lunch time (when I was thinking I'd like to loan out Taegan for awhile to recover from the disaster she'd created in both her room and her sisters' room,) she cried, "How come no one loves me like Rylee?"  I then felt a little guilty and tried to reassure her that we loved her just as much.  She then said that she wanted to be a baby again so that she wouldn't have to clean. (An oft repeated phrase from Taegan these days.)
• She continues to be very good natured, but likes to be held.  She immediately stops crying when I pick her up.  She definitely knows who her Mom is.  Nathan, Kelsye, and Mikaela are very good holders as well -- it is nice to have helpers.
• She is starting to sleep better.  (Her Dad is the "put to sleep at night" expert.)  She actually went 6 hours one night this week, which caught me so off guard that Mikaela and Brittlyn had to wake me up at 6:45 (Paul was out of town.) I had to drive kids to school that day since they already had missed the bus.
