We are still having honey bee problems at our house (I had mistakingly labeled them as yellow jackets before.) The pest control people are unable to help us because honey bees are a protected species and we don't want them to come and kill the bees and then leave the hive to drip honey down the insides of our walls. So, we have to hire a bee specialist to find the hive and extract it, and then seal the opening, so they don't come back. Well, since the location where they are entering our house is up too high on the side of our house for him to work safely, he has decided to make a hole in our family room ceiling, below our bathroom where they mysteriously appear (they don't come in the window or vents.) I'm only hoping that it will be in the same location where we have stains on our ceiling from when Brittlyn and Taegan decided, while bathing, to cause a flood in our bathroom a few weeks ago.
