Mikaela celebrated her arrival into official teenagerdom with her 13th birthday. Mikaela has had a very busy year. She ran cross country and track, performed in the school musical, sang in the middle school all state choir, and won superior awards at the local and state North Carolina Music Teacher Association's competition. All this while maintaining all A's on her report cards. Mikaela loves shoes, clothes, and accessories. (Her mother wishes she kept these things off the floor of her bedroom and bathroom.) We love you Mikaela!
