I have 4 girls playing soccer this season -- that means 4 soccer games (no doubling up for Kelsye and Mikaela anymore) almost every Saturday for the next 2 1/2 months. This is a picture of Taegan at her very first soccer game. She has been so excited! She kept counting how many days until her first practice. When we bought her shin guards and cleats, she wore them around the house all day. I was sad that her first practice was rather miserable because it was raining, and her second practice was cancelled due to rain. So, she played her first game and didn't really have a clue as to what she was supposed to do. Her coach told her "to stand right here" and that is exactly what she did. It took her a little while to figure out that once the ball is kicked, you move and chase after it.
