On Dec. 23rd, we went to the Billy Graham library to see a live Nativity and to take a carriage ride around the grounds to see the Christmas lights. I think every Christian in North and South Carolina decided to come that night. Paul and Brittlyn were supposed to join us, but it took us so long to get into the parking lot that I called them and suggested that they have their own date night. (We had dropped Brittlyn off with Paul on our way while he finished up a few things at work and they were supposed to drive out and meet us.)
Here they are out in front of the nativity. That is a camel behind them. There was also a donkey and some sheep around the "actors."

We were some of the very last people they let get in line for the carriage rides. The library had rented every available carriage in the state to give these free rides. We were lucky to get our own private carriage instead of one of the larger "carts" that held benches for more people to ride at one time.

Taegan even got her wish of riding in a carriage pulled by a white horse.
